This Privacy Policy describes how My Interview Practice, LLC, a limited liability company governed by the laws of State of New York, USA (the "Company," "we," “our,” or "us"), collects, stores, uses and discloses Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) from users of the Platform and/or Services, as those terms are defined in our Terms of Use, located at myinterviewpractice.com/terms-of-use (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you consent to our practices of collecting, storing, using, and disclosing your Personally Identifiable Information. If you are an individual using our Services, then "you," "your," or “yours” will refer and apply to you. If you are using our Services on behalf of an entity that you have been authorized to represent, "you," "your," or “yours” will refer and apply to that entity. If you do not agree with and consent to all the practices described in this Privacy Policy, please discontinue accessing and using the Services immediately.
Please bear in mind that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by the Company via the Services. The security of your information is important to us. We use the latest commercially-reasonable efforts to store and maintain your information in a secure environment. We follow strict password requirements and OWASP guidelines for secure coding.
You are also responsible for helping us protect the security of your Personally Identifiable Information. For instance, never give out your password, and remember to log out of your Account when you are finished using the Services.
Notwithstanding our efforts, no security is entirely impenetrable, and to that end, we disclaim any liability in connection with a breach of our security.

If you access the Services outside the United States, please note that we will store any information about you referenced in this Privacy Policy, including your Content, on servers hosted by AWS and that those servers are located in the United States.

Your Personally Identifiable Information will be erased when: (i) it is no longer needed for its original purpose; (ii) you withdraw your consent for us to store your information by deleting your Account; (iii) there is no justified reason for the processing of your Personally Identifiable Information and you object to our processing of it; or (iv) erasure is required to fulfill a statutory obligation under EU, U.S., or state law.
Under any of the above circumstances, we will make sure your information is erased. You may request erasure verbally or in writing, and we will respond within a month.
The age of majority varies by jurisdiction, but is usually 18. Minors may only use the Services with an Account registered and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

This Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and any other supplemental policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter, replacing any prior discussions or agreements.
